This spreadsheet aims to help translation reviewers review translations in the on-line help of OpenOffice.org 2.3.

Clinking on a link named 'Show it' in this sheet will show you both a translated on-line help and English on-line help at a time.

Translated one will be shown in the on-line help window while English one will be shown in a Writer document.

[編集] Security Setting

Since 2.3 has become more secure against macro viruses, an attempt of opening this Calc file will fail with a dialog message "This document contains macros. Execution of this macros is disabled due to the current macro security setting. Therefore, some functionality may not be available." To enable execution of macro, lower the security level from High to Medium in the Macro Security dialog window by clicking on the button 'Macro Security' under the menu Tools - Options - OpenOffice.org - Security.

1. Download your target localized build from http://ooo.services.openoffice.org/pub/OpenOffice.org/cws/upload/localization/localisation21

2. Install it to your computer.

3. (Optional) Download an English on-line help package suitable for your target build.

4. (Optional) Extract it in the following folder:

• For Windows: C:\Program Files\OpenOffice.org 2.3\help
• For Linux: /opt/openoffice.org2.3/help

E.g. For Japanese, there will be the following two folders 'en' and 'ja' and a file 'main_transform.xsl' : en ja main_transform.xsl

5. Click on the button labeled 'Setting Up' if a file name of the spreadsheet has been renamed after downloading it.

6. Click on a link named 'Show it' to see both on-line help in your language and a corresponding Writer document in English appear at a time.

[編集] Empty Page

Build 680m222 seems to have a problem with the online help. Some online help pages appear with an empty content. In such case, move another window over the problematic window to forcedly repaint hidden content. The content is there from the beginning, but the content is not drawn unfortunately in certain cases. That phenomenon can be observed with both 680m222 Windows and Linux.

Build 680m225 seems to have no such problem.
